Sonian Email Archive - Administrator Tips How to give end user access to My Archive

This guide is intended for the Administrator(s) of an account where they want to enable the ability for the End User to access their personal archive (My Archive)

The steps undertaken are:

  • Enable end user access to the archive at the Account level
  • Enable Outlook client integration (if desired) at the Account level
  • Enable End User option against the individual(s)
